161 EASTERN August 22nd Update

As of 22nd August, Kapitol will have completed concrete slab pours for B3 and have poured B2 and B1 on the Eastern half of the site.  They have had a lot of trouble with the in-ground water conditions, but now that B3 is poured, they’ll be able to program with more certainty.  Rest assured, they are working Saturdays and will continue to do so to make up for lost time.
