Update
Harris the builder has provided an update in relation to the Statement of Compliance and Occupancy Certificates which are now anticipated to be received in August, with the Application for Subdivision to be lodged shortly thereafter. We are further instructed our client anticipates Purchaser inspections from Mid-August and settlements starting mid-September.
